Position Overview

CSI Basel Mission Hospital, Gadag invites applications from dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Operations Managers to oversee and streamline hospital operations. The selected candidate will play a critical leadership role in ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning, optimal resource utilisation, regulatory compliance and high standards of patient care in alignment with the hospital’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

            •          Oversee and coordinate daily hospital operations across clinical, nursing, administrative and support services

            •          Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, Diagnostics and support departments

            •          Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs and quality standards

            •          Optimise manpower deployment, workflow processes and operational efficiency

            •          Coordinate with Medical Superintendent, department heads and nursing leadership for effective service delivery

            •          Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), patient flow, turnaround times and service quality

            •          Ensure compliance with statutory, NABH and regulatory requirements

            •          Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution

            •          Support hospital management in planning, budgeting and process improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

            •          MBA (Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Operations Management preferred)

            •          Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration

            •          10 years of experience preferred in a multi-speciality hospital environment

            •          Proven leadership and team management skills

            •          Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities

            •          Sound understanding of hospital workflows, quality standards and regulatory requirements

            •          High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment to ethical practices

            •          Willingness to serve in a mission-driven healthcare environment
