Position Overview

CSI Basel Mission Hospital, Gadag invites applications from skilled and committed Intensivists to join our mission-driven healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based critical care services and will play a vital role in managing critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities

                •              Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring

                •              Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary ICU rounds and care plans

                •              Perform and supervise critical care procedures as per standard protocols

                •              Work in close collaboration with physicians, surgeons, nursing staff and allied healthcare professionals

                •              Ensure accurate documentation, clinical audits and adherence to ICU protocols

                •              Uphold ethical medical practice aligned with the hospital’s mission, values and patient-centred philosophy

Eligibility Criteria

                •              MD / DNB/ Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine / Anaesthesia / General  Medicine with formal ICU training or significant ICU experience

                •              Valid registration with the State Medical Council / NMC

                •              Proven competence in managing medical and surgical critical care cases

                •              Strong decision-making ability and calmness under pressure

                •              Commitment to ethical, compassionate and patient-focused care

                •              Ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary, mission-oriented healthcare environment

Remuneration & Facilities

                •              Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
