The Growing Need for Elderly Care
Addressing the Demographic Shift
India is facing a rising need for geriatric and palliative care. Hospitals and home-care services increasingly depend on trained GDAs. We train our students to provide compassionate bedside care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support to families.
Transforming Lives, One Skill at a Time
When you skill a girl, you uplift a family. When you uplift families, you transform society.” We are building a stronger healthcare workforce for India.
My name is Joycy D., and I successfully completed the General Duty Assistant (GDA) course at CSI Hospital. During my training, I learned important clinical and patient-care skills that helped me gain both confidence and practical knowledge.
The training at CSI Hospital was extremely beneficial. The doctors, nurses, and instructors guided me with great care and provided real clinical exposure across different departments, which strengthened my learning experience.
After completing my GDA course, I am now working in a private hospital, where I am able to apply the skills I learned during my training. I am truly grateful to CSI Hospital for helping me build my career in healthcare.
